Either use the button below to pay online the $450 tuition payment with a credit card or PayPal account or speak with the instructor about remitting a check.

If you are unable to afford the full tuition, scholarships are available. In lieu of paying tuition, please fill out the scholarship application and your teacher will contact you with more information.

Up to $600 may be refundable to you through your health insurance wellness benefit, contact your insurance provider for more information.

Once we have received your application and payment (or scholarship application) your instructor will reach out for a brief phone interview. During this time you will be able to ask any questions you have about the classes or MBSR and our instructor will make sure the class is a great fit for you.

Each class has a mandatory orientation session before class sessions start. This orientation gives students an idea of what classes will be like and allows them to meet with their instructor.

If after the orientation, you feel MBSR might not be the right fit for you, you can withdraw and receive a full refund before the weekly classes begin.
